
Child and Youth Psychologist
Victoria is a warm and empathetic psychologist who has experience working with children, teens, and adults since 2019. She is available to see individuals aged 5-25 for psychological treatment at our Kingswood Practice.
Her approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dilectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness training, and parent skill building. She also has a passion and experience using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy techniques and utilises aspects of this (especially play therapy techniques) in working with younger children and their parents.
