
Belinda has over 15 years’ experience as a registered Psychologist. In May 2025, she was appointed Assistant Principal Psychologist, a role that reflects her ongoing contribution to the practice and her experience as a Clinician.
Belinda provides psychological therapy to adults. She has experience supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Recovery from trauma and injury
- Relationship difficulties
- Work-related stress and bullying
Belinda tailors therapy to each client’s needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), strengths-based practice, Schema Therapy and graded exposure. She also provides Adult ADHD Assessments and Assessments for NSW Police Candidates.
She is registered to provide services under GP Mental Health Treatment Plans, WorkCover, and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance.
