
Ms. Emily Liddle (Psychologist)
Emily is a Registered Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals 16+ in managing mental health challenges through comprehensive therapeutic services, including assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based intervention. Emily’s professional interests lie particularly in trauma-related conditions, encompassing occupational trauma, childhood trauma and personality disorders. Emily works with both individuals and couples, providing tailored therapeutic approaches to promote resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Emily completes including child and adolescent ADHD assessments, Cognitive assessments (including the WISC and WAIS) and brief forensic assessment reports for court proceedings.
Emily is able to provide evidence based psychological treatment using a range of therapeutic approaches including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
- Schema Therapy
- Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Couple’s therapy using Gottman’s method
